Welcome to the South Thames Acute Pain Group’s website.

The South Thames Acute Pain Group (STAPG) committee organises an annual conference usually in the first two weeks of November.

The conference is open to all who have an interested in acute pain management and is of particularly interest to Consultant Anaesthetists, Pain Management Specialists, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Nurse Consultants, Physiotherapists and Pharmacists.

Thanks to Wendy Caddye, Claire Jackson and Diana Bellis from Brighton & Sussex Universities NHS Trust for organising the 17th South Thames Acute Pain Group Conference. This had a varied and interesting programme and was well attended with excellent feedback from attendees.

The 18th South Thames Acute Pain Group Conference will take place on Monday 12th November 2012, and is being organised by the In-patient Pain Service at Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Trust.
