Welcome to the South Thames Acute Pain Group’s website.

The South Thames Acute Pain Group (STAPG) committee organises an annual conference usually in the first two weeks of November.

The conference is open to all who have an interested in acute pain management and is of particularly interest to Consultant Anaesthetists, Pain Management Specialists, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Nurse Consultants, Physiotherapists and Pharmacists.

Thanks to both Gill Chumbley and Nicki Stranix from Imperial College Health Care NHS Trust for organising the 15th South Thames Acute Pain Group Conference. This had a varied and interesting programme and was well attended with excellent feedback from attendees.  

The 16th South Thames Acute Pain Group Conference will take place on Thursday 11th and Friday 12th November 2010, and is being organised by the Pain Service at Frimley Park Hospital
